Brewed Words is a community-centered open mic night grounded in expression, storytelling, and sound. **DJ Liiight** will curate a primarily R&B-driven soundtrack for the evening, while **GodFlowVo** serves as host and MC, guiding the night with intention and care. From poetry and music to stories shared out loud, Brewed Words is a space where creativity is welcomed and words are poured with purpose. Come to perform. Come to listen. Supporting a core theme of highlighting art and promoting health and wellness, A Vibe Called Rest Fest is a one-day, newly incepted festival to amplify self-care, wholeness, and wellness with Queer and Trans communities of color and allies.

Celebrating almost 12 Years of Cooperative Economics, The Shrine Cultural & Events Center is home to the original and largest BUY BLACK MARKETPLACE in the Southwest area seeking to provide holiday shoppers with the opportunity to support Black businesses and entrepreneurs during the shopping season.
